Do I need a computer?

YES! TIKNOLOGY is a DESKTOP application.
Currently for WINDOWS ONLY.
MacOS Support, COMING SOON!

What are the system requirements?

Minimum System Requirement

  • Operating System: Windows 10 (64-bit) or later
  • Processor: Intel Core i3 (dual-core, 1.6 GHz) or equivalent
  • Memory: 4 GB RAM
  • Storage: 5 GB of free disk space
  • Graphics: Integrated GPU (e.g., Intel HD Graphics) or DirectX 11 compatible GPU
  • Network: Stable internet connection required (minimum 10 Mbps download and 6 Mbps upload for 720p streaming at 30 frames per second)

Recommended System Requirements

  • Operating System: Windows 10 (64-bit) or later
  • Processor: Intel Core i5 (quad-core, 2.5 GHz) or equivalent
  • Memory: 8 GB RAM
  • Storage: 10 GB of free disk space
  • Graphics: Dedicated GPU with at least 2 GB VRAM (e.g., NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 or AMD Radeon RX 560)
  • Network: High-speed internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload for 1080p streaming at 60 frames per second or multiple streams)

Livestreaming Considerations: A stable internet connection with sufficient bandwidth is crucial for streaming, especially if the application requires real-time interaction or video processing.

Minimum Internet Speed: At least 10 Mbps download and 6 Mbps upload for 720p streaming at 30 frames per second.

Recommended Internet Speed: At least 20 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload for 1080p streaming at 60 frames per second or for handling multiple streams simultaneously.

How to Check Your Internet Speed:
To ensure your connection meets these requirements, you can run an internet speed test:
1. Visit a speed test website such as Speedtest.net or Fast.com
2. Click on the “Go” button to start the test.
3. Wait for the test to complete, and check the download and upload speeds to ensure they meet the minimum or recommended requirements.

Graphics and Performance: While the application can run with an integrated GPU, a dedicated GPU is recommended for optimal performance, especially for tasks involving hardware acceleration or intensive graphical processing.

Storage Requirements: Allocating more space allows the database to grow and prevents issues related to insufficient storage for future updates or data accumulation.

Do I need TikTok LIVE STUDIO?

NO. You do not need Live Studio Access. 

Can I use it with OBS?

YES! You can use it with OBS but it is not required.

Can I use TikFinity with it?

YES!
You can use TikFinity or any other 3rd-party application while TIKNOLOGY is running. 
TikFinity is a great tool that TIKNOLOGY does not compete with.
They have fundimentally different features and use cases. 
TikFinity is great paired with TIKNOLOGY for some use cases.

Do I need a Stream Key?

NO! 
You DO NOT need a stream key!

How do I download and install the TIKNOLOGY?

After you subscribe you will be directed to a DOWNLOAD SOFTWARE page and recieve an email with a download link.

You can also, always download a copy of the software in our DISCORDs Private Channel, for software subscribers.

How do I connect the TIKNOLOGY to my TikTok LIVE Session?

IMPORTANT FIRST STEP!

Start a TikTok LIVE as you normally do BEFORE following the next step below. 

You will simply enter your TikTok @username (NOT YOUR DISPLAY NAME) and eMail Address you used to purchase your subsciption into the TIKNOLOGY LOGIN page.

Then click connect.

THATS IT! You’re connected!

How do I get support?

You can open a support ticket in our DISCORD at anytime or email “Support@TiknologySoftware.com”

Can I be a member of an agency and still use your software?

YES!

You can be in an agency and still use our software.

They actually, would love it if you did!

Do I need to be in the United States?

NO!

TIKNOLOGY will work anywhere in the world!

If I don't use Discord how do I get support?

You can always get the same relevant support resources here on our website or email “Support@TiknologySoftware.com”

How do I cancel my subscription?

Simply visit the “Billing Login” from our websites menu, to change any payment information or to cancel your subscription.
